Permissions are enforced on the server, every sensitive action asks who you are, and our own support team can't open your records.
Separated workspaces
Each organization's data is separated by server-side permissions and database access policies. Roles are scoped to properties, and support staff access never includes your leases or accounting.
Private documents
Uploads are encrypted at rest, checked for integrity and screened for malware. Every download checks the person's current permission, so removing access takes effect immediately.
Signing evidence
Signers review a version-locked document and give recorded consent. The timestamped evidence is stored with the signed copy.
A full audit history
Who changed a lease, posted a charge or approved a statement, and when. Closed accounting periods stay closed; corrections are reversals, never silent edits.
Payment details stay with the processor
Card and bank details are entered with our payment processor and are not stored on PropertyOmni servers.
